Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy

1. Return Policy

We accept returns only for:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product

Return window: 3 days from the date of delivery.
To process a return:

  1. Share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  2. Provide order ID, mobile number, and product details.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags.

2. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Prepaid orders β†’ refunded to original mode

  • COD orders β†’ refunded via UPI or bank transfer

Refund may be denied if:

  • No unboxing video

  • Item is used or damaged due to customer handling

  • Return request is outside the 3-day window

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

  • For COD orders, failure to accept delivery may lead to blocking COD for future orders.

4. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You may return eligible products and place a new order.
